Life’s a journey, all we can do is perfect it. Inesa is constantly on the move, making it her goal to perfect not only her own life, but the life of the people around her. After obtaining her masters degree in film production from the National Film and Television School in the UK, her inquisitive spirit has brought us a wide range of awarded fiction films, shorts and feature documentaries.
Inesa has always been on a lookout for ways to expand the whole audio-visual experience, by taking up distribution and cross-media. 2016 brought a cross-media property “Happy Go Hopscotch” – teaching children about emotional intelligence – to animation industry events around Europe. Last year also marked the beginning of Baltic View, a virtual cinema space founded by Inesa with the intent to introduce and promote Baltic cinema all over the world via an online streaming platform.
Inesa’s enchanting smile and open demeanour complement her willingness to work hard, apply oneself and constantly think ahead.
The future is just around the corner. Make sure you are there with Inesa to give it a proper welcome.

In the old days, expertise was obtained through apprenticeship and the consequent journeyman years, at least according to Goethe. Gabija is taking the classic and respectable route to professionalism, having spent a large part of her working years in Belgium, Sweden and the UK.
During this time, she has become well—versed in the post-production and programming for broadcasting companies like BBC Worldwide, NBC Universal, Turner, BskyB, and Disney. You might have heard of them. Are you from the film industry? Then you most likely recognize quite a few of the industry courses Gabija has attended, like EAVE B’est, EAVE Marketing, Erich Pommer Institute, or DPC lab by Focal. The building blocks of putting together a great movie.
For an adventurous mind, the schooling never ends, so Gabija co-founded Kinomind Films in 2015, a Lithuanian film production and distribution company that has expanded to the UK and Canada, and Baltic View with Inesa in 2016.
Gabija is just the kind of person you want on your side to connect the dots and make all those countless variables play in your benefit. As one.

Everyone from the Vikings to the Pioneers and the Pet Shop Boys have known the common truth. Go West. But how? The current Audio-visual field is like a minefield, opportunities mixed up with dangers. Better make sure you have a great guide who knows the terrain and can not only get you out alive, but also offer serious advantages.
Sarah is the key player in connecting the Old and the New World for Kinomind Films and its clients. The world becomes smaller and smaller, so Transatlantic activities have become easier than they used to be, as long as you have someone with a good overview of what is going on. That would be her. And her NFTS Masters degree in film production.
Sarah is a producer who probably needs an extra cupboard for all the trophies and awards by now. But more important than that is her entrepreneurial nose, her extensive production experience and an aptitude for navigating international tax credit systems and financing opportunities.
After joining Kinomind Films in 2016, she is currently developing a slate of live action and animated films. She seeks diverse voices and stories, she likes working with women and is looking for LGBTQ and ethnic minority talent.
Sarah is the heart of the creative network at Kinomind Films.
